Alphabet Energy’s PowerModule-γ™ is a solid-state, liquid-cooled electrical generator that converts exhaust heat into electricity.
Exhaust to Electricity
Suitable for a wide variety of exhaust sources, optimized for hot gas at temperatures ranging from 350 to 600 °C. The PowerModule-γ™ delivers up to 850 W of DC power (see specifications below).

Rigorously field-tested to ensure reliable operation through many cycles over extended periods of time at high temperatures. Minimal pressure drop to ensure your process is not disturbed.
The PowerModule-γ™ comes fully assembled and inserts directly into your exhaust flue with a suitable transition duct or pipe. Alphabet Energy can provide information to help you configure your system and utilize the PowerModule-γ™ effectively, including inverting your DC power to AC.
High-Power, Liquid-Cooled, Low-Pressure Drop Design
The PowerModule-γ™ can also be modified for use in primary power applications where source temperatures are higher than 600 °C, such as in flame-fired products. Please inquire to learn more.
